Kind staff... know there stuff ... vet I see always nice

I go there all the use however they do not have much stuff for degus and guinea pigs for example toys and stuff also the staff are kind of awkward to talk to.

Very helpful stuff, we got 4 hamsters from there, and they made sure we had everything we needed to look after new little pets.

On such a hot day it was lovely to walk in this shop and feel the air con!
It's always clean and tidy in store and I generally tend to find what I'm looking for, as I did today :-)
Member of staff that helped us was very polite and friendly.
