Nice and simple. Easy to order. Excellent prices. Wetherspoons gets a lot of stick sometimes, but for a quick bite to eat at reasonable prices, they can't be beaten. The pub in Kilmarnock is ideal, just off the town centre. App ordering makes it simple, quick service. Happy with my visit.

Never seen service so slow in all my life, wasn’t busy but still took over an hour to deliver desserts, and staff were as useful as a chocolate watch in the scorching heat
Basic food a cheap prices
The ease of ordering was a different experience. Scan the QR code and its all there. Sadly, the food that the previous customers dropped under the table was also still there. One guy covering the entire floor area and forgoing his own break as there was not enough cover was not conducive with good service. All in all, edible, cheap and that's about it.
Great pub great food great atmosphere, Then I played the slots machine, it failed on me, put £20 in and was winning £28:33, told manager who asked for my details, then walked away with no explanation, had to ask for him, he appeared but was not interested, I asked for details, was told he didn't need to provide, tried everything to get some sort of proof that I had been in that pub, but no answer, I called him stupid because he obviously doesn't know gambling laws and I was asked to leave, what a farse, Called an hour later to see if I was getting my £28:33 Back, I was told I had to collect, asked him what my name was and he didn't get it correct, I said I wasn't in Kilmarnock, and phone went dead, This isn't the type of management I'm used too, First off an apology for slot machine failing would have been appropriate, then an apology for not being able to give me my dues, then a time and a place where I could collect, but most of alll if I wasn't happy a complaints form or contact, What a situation, ROBBED
The steaks are good value for money, especially on a Tuesday when they are money off. There is a decent nunber of sides available, my favourite being the macaroni cheese bite! The atmosphere is decent enough through the week but quite lively at night at the weekend so I would only recommend going for food food during the week. The service is an order at the bar system by giving your table number, you can also use the app to order food and drinks.
