My friend and I ordered a lamb patia and chicken patia meal deal between us. Now as you may know patia is a MILD sweet and sour tomato based curry. This had the heat of a vindaloo. The whole meal was inedible and therefore binned. When I rang to complain a young girl answered the phone and admitted that to much chilli powder had been added to the sauce some time earlier. And that people had phoned in to complain. When I spoke to her boss he admitted as much that too much chilli was added by someone. But as he never tastes the curries himself he was not to blame. Then he contradicted his assistant who answered my call saying, "We were the only people to make a complaint about it". When I asked what he would do about it, he refused to offer a replacement or a refund, instead offering only a few pounds off the next meal leaving us over £20 out of pocket. He was not in the least bit apologetic or reasonable. When we told him we could take this up with the trading standards agency he replied, "Do what you want" and hung up. Patia should NOT have the heat of a vindaloo curry. A total waste of time and money. He will not pay up for his mistakes and couldn't care less about us and presumably other customers . A £20 meal that went in the bin that coat us £3.50 delivery as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just had a chicken korma, can honestly say it was inedible the chicken was squidgy and just weird never had anything like it can honestly say 1st time I have used it and will never be back
