Bought at t shirt on holiday here and was too small when I tried it on at home. Contacted shop and asked if I could send back for larger size. This was absolutely no problem and had new shirt within a week. What a wonderfully helpful service.
Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service received today at Wet Dog, Cromer. Such a great shop, so glad we discovered it! Bought wet suits, buoyancy aids, etc, good range and good prices. Fantastic to support an independent shop too. Highly recommend.
We received excellent customer support from Phil in the Wells shop. Great advice on which SUP to purchase for our particular requirements. No pressure to buy and then superb follow up including sending out to us a very hard to come by SUP. Makes using local businesses an absolute pleasure.
Have received some great advice on wetsuit buying and bought some lovely items over last few months. Really helpful lady owner.
Be nice if they would update their opening hours. If your shut for a month least update google. Made a special trip to find it all locked up. Try and support small independent’s. don’t help themselves.
