Great lad in there today. Couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Fantastic service alongside thoroughly-decent and considered salesmanship. An asset to any organisation.
Knowledgeable guy who helped me with a gas/stove compatability issue, covid-conscious, helpful and chatty. Prices good, seemed like everything was on sale, but the real reason for the 5 stars is the customer service. Thank you!
Having visited the cromer store a couple of times in a few weeks would just like to say that the staff behind the till are very pleasant and friendly. But the store manager is not a very nice person at all. The way he talks to his colleagues is patronizing as though they are children. On both occasions of our visit he is laying the law down which I really don't think he should be doing when there are customers in the store. Don't know what the staff turnover is but I certainly would tell him where to go. By the way I've made this complaint as best as I can without a load of swear words.
Very helpful staff. Asking if we were a member of NT or EH to receive a further discount. Surprise surprised as this has never been offered before on any other shop. Pitt it’s not my local as visiting Cromer for the day.
Had to return my sweatshirt, purchased the day before, for a replacement as it was faulty . Made to feel like I had done something wrong. Won't be returning to this store in future !
funny little shop that seems co.etely forgotten about. Not really fair that there was just one member of staff o the shop floor at the time of our visit. Product placement is lacking and the shop feels very disjointed and hard to see thing. Shame that you are expected to wait at the till in the only walkway.
