I had been out for a ride and encountered a problem with my road bike gears. I dropped into the Halfords at Cromer and was seen by Thomas. I received a fantastic service- he was knowledgeable and very customer focused. He examined my bike and after a couple of adjustment’s he put it right. ‘All free of charge’ - Tremendous service and very helpful people. Thank you for the great service. A satisfied customer

I ordered a 37cm McGuire wheel cleaning brush after purchasing the 47cm brush and found it to be a struggle to fit between the brake calliper and getting stuck. When it arrived I went to collect and realised it was the same size as the one I had so after a while the Halfords team sorted out the right size and correct price and hopefully should be ready Monday.

My slime inner tube finally gave up the ghost along with my rear tyre as I set out for a ride around beautiful North Norfolk. I called into the Cromer branch on the off chance they may have  replacements. I was unable to match a tyre from the display but seeing my plight a member of the bike hut team Paul W, came to assist. Not only was he able to find a suitable replacement tyre for my e bike in the store behind, he then offered to fit the new slime inner tube and tyre for me there and then. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you Paul W.

I went to Halfords for a chip repair on my windscreen, The were great, friendly, helpful,  and Steve, did a great repair job, very pleased I went there.

As has been my previous experiences at this branch, the staff have been very helpful and keen in finding the spare parts I needed for my  old classic car. One of the brake parts was not held in stock not unexpected for such  an obscure item on a 57 year old car!, but they ordered it this was on a Sunday, and Tuesday lunchtime I had a phone call to tell me it had arrived in store.  A couple of hours later I collected it without any fuss. Thank you Cromer Halfords for helping getting my old MG back on the road!

Ordered online for a collection at Cromer, text and a call from Cromer store to confirm when my items was ready for collection. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and my collection was handled with swiftly. Great knowledge on other products whilst I was there. Will continue to use Cromer as my go to Halfords having three all equal drives times away

Very helpful and let us put the seats in car beside purchase enabling us to try before buying. We bought the one which fitted.. .

I went to this store last week having travelled to Cromer the previous day hardly able to see as my windscreen wipers were not working properly. As I entered I was approached by a very friendly member of staff who asked if he could help me. Within minutes he had helped me select the correct wipers for my car and then arranged for another member of staff to fit them to my car. I cannot praise the staff at this branch enough and just wish the staff at my local Halfords were as helpful.

Great customer service experience, knowledgeable & helpful staff, clean and nicely stocked store with easy parking. I was welcomed as I entered the store and seen too straight away with collection of my online order and booking for parts fitting with free 10 point pre booked winter car check! Cromer is definitely my preferred Halfords store.
