Happened to use them this year but I have used them in the past always found them efficient and polite not necessarily the cheapest but the personal touch costs the thing I like diesel when my particular booking went wrong they did everything that up most to remedy it with great success

We've booked two trips to Disneyland Paris through these guys and they have been fantastic both times. Even more so now as my son has developed a milk allergy two weeks before we're due to go on holiday and they've bent over backwards to make sure he's got safe food!

Worst experience I've ever had booking a holiday. Avoid these scam artists at all costs!! I'm £2500 out of pocket and didn't even get to go on the holiday I booked. They will bend over backwards to help you right up to point they get your money. These guys are not to be trusted. Would have given no star rating if it was possible.
