Westfield Post Office

Very rude. I'd rather walk into town even at my age than give him business. Hasn't got digital scales and often weighs things behind the counter and prices can differ to real post offices in town with digital scales linked to the till. Make of that what you will.

Unreliable opening hours. On Saturday the Post Office is meant to be open until 1pm but I and other members of my family went there on Saturdays a few times last year and it was closed due to staff not turning up. The owner or franchise holder said he was unable to serve at the Post Office because he was the only one there. Unfriendly notices on the door telling customers how to queue and, when the Post Office is open, the staff have often been taking personal calls whilst serving customers and act like they're doing you a favour rather than offering a service they're paid to provide. Avoid!

Rude owner , this happened so many times when he's at the post office on morning shifts,but enough is enough...avoid!!

The man runs it is really nice guy. Veejay gets upset but he opens at 5am
