Lovely as always, I have never come across poor service with Royal Mail - all staff is polite, friendly and keen to help with any queries you may have. I order a lot of stuff from EBay, so I often collect my parcels from them as I live around the corner, service is second to none!

Service there is shocking. No smiles, grumpy presence. Long que of people but the server had no intention of speeding his snail pace. Ridiculous! unfortunately I have no choice but to use this service!
