Mel and Stacey are the best! They're so friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can see how much they like and respect each other, which makes visiting the Post Office a pleasure, rather than a chore. Very knowledgeable about their products and services, they are always willing to provide guidance to their customers. Great customer service from a fantastic team!

I like Houghton regis post office offer a good service friendly and kind staff

I Moved out a year ago so I don't know if she still works there but the lady with the dark hair and glasses working at the post office has always been terribly rude to me for no apparent reason, I'm autistic and need people to be patient with me and everytime I had to go there she was cold, abrupt in her answers and looking me up and down. Never been treated so rudely by customer service.

The office is only opened up until 5:30 PM and most of the time the attending person is missing. Costomer service = 0.

Opening hours are wrong does not stay open until 21:00 closes before 18:00, update your website.
