Stunning hotel. Really enjoyed my stay, the rooms were excellent and welcoming. The spa and health suite were great also. My wife had a massage which she thoroughly enjoyed while I went for a swim. My only gripe would be to do with the food, dinner in the main restaurant was okay and breakfast was fine but wanted the hot food fresher if honest. That being said the service from all in the resort was second to none and really made my stay.

I fall in love with this hotel more and more every time I visit. The location, the decor and the staff are just phenomenal! We had our wedding here in January and the welcome we recived in February for valentines was superb, it just goes to show that for the staff it's a personal effort from them on your day and it's not about the recognition or money, as they were thrilled to see we had returned. If your looking for a home away from home, with a luxury Finnish this is the place you need to stay. It must be noted that the food is to die for and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Upon arrival the first thing that I was impressed with was how large the car park was. Plenty of spaces were available and car park was clean and tidy. Inside staff were on hand to assist with greeting and giving us a tour of the hotel. Food did not disappoint either. Interior decor fitted in with the style of the building and made it very comfortable and relaxing.

Nice hotel. Visited for a night's stay and separately to use the leisure facilities. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Food was very tasty and breakfast buffet was excellent. Leisure facilities appear dated but well maintained. Nice atmosphere throughout the hotel!

Attended for a funeral tea & table service abysmal. Tea & coffee served but had to ask for milk & sugar. Soup then served but no roll although butter was on table. Sandwiches then served, then small cakes. Ten minutes later hot sausage rolls came. Surely cakes should have been the last to be served! Also when tea & coffee served later had to ask for cup as table cleared when soup bowls cleared away. Again had to ask for more milk for the table. The whole experience was very amateurish for a 4star hotel.
