A lovely place to visit. Good food, drink and surroundings all warmly capped by friendly staff. The chefs aim to please and the owners clearly care as the effort put in to running the establishment is evident.

As a central Scotland location this is prime for traveling to various cities without being located in one. It's also proving popular as a wedding venue and the elegant "castle" perfectly serves itself for this purpose.

This can be what you make it! Formal or relaxed. Period architecture with 'front parlour'style. Window drapes and discreet lighting. Lovely food nicely presented. Very pleasant staff.

Was invited to a wedding there. Lovely venue. Great day and helpful staff. One thing that I found uneasy about was that during the meal I went to the bar for a couple of drinks and was ushered away because it was table service only. Didn't like that since I was stood at the bar with cash in hand.

Freindly staff, great food and a gorgeous venue for weddings. Just had my dads wedding here and everyone had a great time, the bar area could be bigger while guests are waiting to be let into the main room however the garden/patio area would make up for it in the summer. The bar is reasonably priced for guests too.

Had a delicious anniversary meal here tonight. The food was delicious and ambience good - difficult to do on a cold Monday evening at 6pm! Lovely decor and enjoyed being by the fire 👍
