Western Road Post Office

Given I live close to Datchet, this is not my regular Post office. However during the Christmas Period, I was in the local vicinity and did have some letters and packages that needed be sent out. Now as a first time customer I had no issue with the service. I was advice accordingly to each package and letter and was told the correct method to make sure they were received just before or after christmas. I left the branch feeling content that my work was done with exceptional customer service.

Possibly the worst service i have ever received anywhere. The lady behind the counter was completely rude and arrogant, refusing to give me my amazon parcel without a paper "something for you" card. after telling her twice its a Local Collect and i had an email and no paper, i was still refused service. after explaining again. She finally decided to look for it however didn't want to accept my ID. I was interrogated as to why i didn't have a drivers license. as they were closing soon i guess she got tired of arguing & finally gave me parcel . My parcel was completely open & damaged, and she refused to give a reason for this. i suggest saving your time and energy in dealing with any click and collect orders at this branch. Save yourself from these rude and arrogant people and send your parcels somewhere else. in short, - AVOID

One of the worst post office I have been too. Employees rude, arrogant, no customer service ethics. They look down upon you as if they are doing a massive favor and they not willing to even listen to what you want to say. Said we won't accept your mail unless you write return address, refused to give proof of postage and at the third time refused to give a parcel which i had gone to collect just because it was addressed in my business account. Funnily enough it had been sent by Royal Mail but PO guys never asked for Business account proof. DONT GO THERE!! and if you do go there and have a bad experience log a complaint with the POST OFFICE Customer Service which i have just done. Only a complaint made via official sources will bring about a change

Both husband & wife, very arrogant, stuck up, bad manners, no respect. i went with all my documentation to collect my parcel & my parcel was just lying behind that old (punjabi) lady on counter, she straight away refuse to do give him that parcel. we had an argument and suddenly her husband said you are ban from this post office. they have no right to say that. later this morning on 31.10.2016, spoke with Parcel head depot manager, explained all the incident happen with me at this post office & even he mentioned that they have no right to ban you from their. A VERY VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE & ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED.
