Post Office Ltd

Most of the stuff DO NOT HAVE A CLUE when it comes to payments of bills, CRB or other payments. I highly DO NOT recommend visiting this branch if it's for something else than sending a letter!!!!!

This post office is absolutely joke,lack of customer service, staffs don't know what they doing everyone looks very confused,even they can't speak English properly and system they have there is worse then in India...nightmare 🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Staff wondering around in the branch, ignoring the long que and leaving one cashier on the check out, if you have plenty of time to waste, this is the place you would have plenty of opportunity to do that.....

Has long queues. Staff don't even bother opening more tills when they should, instead they stand around talking. Self service till is useless as no one comes to take the package for a good 10 minutes. They don't serve you on a first come first serve basis. Extremely rude uneducated staff who lack customer service skills.

Been to the Southall branch plenty of times - queues aren't horrendous as some people say and the staff are polite and helpful.
