King Street Post Office

Unfortunately I cannot give a minus rating, so gave 1 star (undeserved) The counter staff are incredibly rude, patronising and look down on their customers, yes CUSTOMERS! You are not the owners, but EMPLOYEES of "The Royal Mail" Many others would happily step into your roles and show you how it's done. Further training in Customer service skills would definitely benefit you both.

Its ok. Its quick, convient, local. Been using it for over 15 years. Not had any issues.

My day started off well until I knew I had to go to the Post Office. I had already had previous experience with the old lady and wasn't looking forward to it! So I ask her a simple question on whether or not I can send a package and she began SHOUTING at me to get my attention. Even though I was right in front of her. In the end, she told me to go somewhere else because she couldn't help me or answer my question. Avoid :)

Worst ever customer service i came across. Wouldn’t even rate one star. The staff were quite rude. They might have to go back to basic training on customer service.

Ohh no extremely rude service they have no respect for anybody can’t even ask them any questions they don’t even know how to talk with the customers. I would suggest the owner need to take some action on them because everyone is complaining about the staff.
