After getting several quotations from other kitchen companies we visited Western Kitchens we found the people very friendly and helpful, they listened to our requests and designed a kitchen that we are very pleased with. The kitchen fitters were excellent and made sure we are very happy with the kitchen. we are recommending Western Kitchens to all our friends.
Start to finish excellent service. I got quote from other kitchen company. They beat the price and gave me much better quality kitchen. I really like the support they provide me to complete my dream kitchen. I stronly recommend western kitchen.
We had a kitchen fitted by Western Kitchens in Derby off Ascot Drive and the owner Khalid dealt with us from start to finish. Our kitchen was a complete rip out and re-gut with building work involved too. We had a wall removed. Khalid did a complete 3D design of our plan and made good suggestions from his experience, for us to incorporate. Our experience was good overall and we are very pleased with the final finished kitchen. The communication from the owner was great, and he kept us informed at all stages throughout the process and also worked hard to deliver on what we needed. We had asked him to change the depth of the units after ordered, and he changed these for us. He also communicated with the worktop company to ensure our final install was done to the correct requirements. It did take slightly longer, but it was not Western Kitchen’s fault. In addition to this, we are also pleased that appliances supplied and installed by Western Kitchen are too a high standard and at a fair market value price. Overall on cost of the whole project, we believe it worked out at more or less the same cost as any other supplier but the service was great we are pleased overall. Thank you Western Kitchen and Khalid. We would recommend.
I would highly recommend this company. We have just had a kitchen fitted with them and the service was excellent from start to finish. Khalid initially came out to us and was very helpful with suggestions and making various plans to help us decide the layout. We were then invited to their great showroom in Derby to see all the options for our budget. They have a great range of styles to suit everyone's taste and budget!! The fitters were fantastic, we had a lot of work done but they kept us involved at every stage. We are really happy with the overall result, quality of the kitchen, and the service we received. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Khalid even came out a couple of times during fitting to oversee and make sure we were happy. Great service for a great price!! We will be recommending you to all our family and friends. Thank you!!

Western Kitchen Derby provided me my dream kitchen. They professionally planned this kitchen with me very carefully and listened to my ideas and needs around the kitchen. The end product, my kitchen is work of art. The branded Chippendale kitchen units are beautiful and are of a very good quality. My kitchen needed a lot of repairing work before the units were fitted which cost us more money but builders/fitters were also very good. The electric and gas work was also done by the same 2 fitters. The good quality appliances e.g. the gas hob, electric oven and the exhaust fan/ filter were also fitted appropriately. Our family and friends are very much impressed by Western Kitchen's kitchen and I can recommend to anyone who wants to have a new kitchen. Thank you Western kitchen for all the planning and excellent work.

Kitchen fitted and looking great. Excellent quality and finish. The fitter was very good and professional. Western Kitchen were very responsive when I needed a few extras.
I bought a replacement door for a kitchen unit and these guys offered a very fair price, being internet savvy I researched what I should be paying through online competitors but I wanted somewhere local to save delivery fees and these guys came bang on, whilst other kitchen companies in Derby wanted nearly double for the same thing. Which tells me they have integrity with their pricing and I wouldn’t hesitate to get a full kitchen from them in the future. The customer service was great and was kept up to date with my order and told when to collect. ETA was accurate from when I placed the order and within 7 days. Even though it was low value item I felt like I’d been treated as if I’d spent thousands with them. Very friendly and polite - couldn’t be happier with them. Would recommend!
Excellent service from start to finish. I had very good quality chippendale branded kitchen from western kitche. They been very professional during the installation of my kitchen. My whole family very happy with new kitchen. I strongly recommend western kitchen Ltd.
