Unhelpful staff they just guide you to phone numbers and systems nobody takes any ownership,shows any empathy and they mislead you with their conversations. Amongst all this I have been waiting 3 months to be able to login online but that seems to have been forgotten about. I actually give up the manager Debbie who you may think in front of her staff would give a lesson in how to go above and beyond was even worse and her body language and efforts displayed zero care or pride for the company.
Great friendly staff always like a good chat thay are very welcoming & never to busy to help u or to chat about your needs products are excellent very easy payment methods always a pleasure
Very disappointed with this company I signed a contract with them and they said everything was fine and would be delivered on Friday then I receive a ph one call today stating they will not be delivering as it has now been declined they have broke there side of contract and I will be contacting trading standards over them breaking there side of contract
