Arrived Glasgow airport from Barra and first stop Cresswell for my colour with Claire and haircut with Greg, always delighted with result and feeling great. My favourite salon, all staff are so friendly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Horrible both, colour and haircut, amateur would do better. Waisting time and money. Left place in tears. Poor management and overcharged despite my complaint. Avoid!

I don't know why the few reviews here are so bad. I have been coming to this salon for over a decade and have always had professional service and excellent haircuts, as has my friend and colleague who has been coming here even longer than I have--her spiffy coif is what got me interested in Creswell Lane!
An excellent salon which individualises each patron. The customer service is par excellent.
Disastrous haircut, no finesse at all! Shorter on one side than the other and patchy in places. Had to go and get it corrected at another salon where the hairdresser couldn't believe how bad it was. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Fabulous stylists, great staff.
Poor colour...dotted patches all over....poor management when complained...very abusive. Manager needs training in customer experience
