The car park consists of a car park area and grassy fields. Only one entry and exit point so can become congested at busy times. Entry price £8 cash only. Beach is worth it though. Bathrooms very basic. Cafe with hot and cold foods. Equipment hires for water sports.

Really, really nice sandy beach but parking is a total rip off at £8 per car in peak season. Toilets are in terrible condition which, bearing in mind is the only real maintenance cost, is appalling. Classic rip-off Britain.

Love this beach and the car park is huge. Slightly above average. Get there early or could get really packed.

Right on the beach!!! Beware...one road in and out. Get there early to get a good spot otherwise prepare for a LONG wait in miles of traffic. You have been warned. On a plus note beach was lovely with white sand. Life guards are on full attendance to watch over all the little kiddies so you know their safe.

As lovely as this place is, price for parking is ridiculous especially when it is not organised, everyone double parking, blocking people in, and blocking exits, I had to argue with someone as they wanted to park in our only exit path to the exit driveway when we wanted to leave and staff were not interested. How hard can it be in low season tomat least have painted markings on the ground , the amount of money they make just from parking, surely the money can be put into organised parking.
