The spiral going up and down is a bit tight but that said the parking spaces are massive. Instead of squeezing 3 spaces in a gap there are 2 and plenty of room so cars don't get banged. Another good thing is in corners instead of putting one diagonal space they leave it clear for motorbikes. Excellent use of space. One other positive was 3 hours free for blue badge holders IN ANY SPACE NOT JUST ALLOCATED BLUE BADGE SPACES. If you are staying say 5 hours you pay for 2 then your badge covers the next 3. This is a brilliant option available. The security guard was really pleasant and chatty, a very nice bloke. I know where I'm parking when come to Blackpool again.
Unfortunately the wheelchair access to the lift is awkward, the door is not wide enough for my wheelchair, therefore it is no use what so ever for me. The spiral to get in is also very tight. I know it's an older car park. It's such a pity as the location is great.
Secure and convenient car park which is in a brilliant central location. It's a dated building which is showing its age in a few places, yet the wall artworks really help brighten the place up. Charges are reasonable and in line with the other Council car parks nearby. You can pay by card, contactless, coins and Ringo mobile payment. Some really amazing views from the top deck as well.
Great location, just a minutes from the Blackpool Tower and the promenade and just by the shopping street. Regarding the other similar businesses, this car park has wide parking spaces, wheelchair access on all levels, with lift! Friendly hourly rate and free with blue badge disability card up to 3 hrs.
It was quite expensive but so is everywhere around the beach. Looks like the sort of building you wouldn't want to pay and leave your car in, but it never collapsed, so it gets a 4 star
