People parked where ever they liked. Not in the parking bays. This caused trouble for lots as they were blocking vehicles from getting out of there parking spaces
Paying is a nightmare. Nobody to help. Quite a few drivers looking confused and having to restart payments.
A huge council run 24 hour car and coach park with lots of parking space. Charges range from £3.50 for up to 3 hours to £20 for 4 days but blue badge holders can get 3 hours for free. There's a petrol station but I did not see any public toilets. The railway line runs alongside and you can walk straight from the car park on to the South Station platform. Very convenient location next to an Aldi and just a few minutes walk from the prom and Pleasure Beach.
It's a park... for cars. Confusing layout, given that it goes on for a thousand miles. Once upon a time, it could still be hard to find an empty slot, due to Blackpool's former popularity. Those days are long gone, and now you can park an Apollo 11 transporter anywhere you want without fear of scratching the doors of your lunar module. So much space, in fact, that there are now two separate NHS COVID stations one for testing, the other for jabbing...and you have drive to get from one to the other; or you could use my Apollo transporter...
Ideally located next to the main road out of Blackpool therefore, avoiding the traffic on the beach front and it offers a quick route home. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. We use it every year on Bonfire night and it's never busy. It's a council run car park and prices are reasonable.
1 machine working, which led to a 30 minute wait. wouldnt let us get more than 6 hours....even though it goes up to 96 hours. Cancels your transaction whilst putting in hours. will never use again
I would rate this 0 star as our car got robbed in the car park and our new Garmin sat nav was stolen. CCTV cameras need to be installed. Will not be using this car park again.
Convenient place if your driving a distance, choice of food/drink
Always easy parking.
Cheap enough and park here whenever in Blackpool.. But on this occasion returned to my car and found my door mirror had been kicked off by some mindless thugs..going to cost me £180.00. to get it fixed..thank you Blackpool ..won't be coming back ever
