An iconic Georgian building, the ex St George's church. Due to structural defects it ceased to be a place of worship in the 1960s and was taken over by the National Archives of Scotland as an Extension of New Register House. It contains, as its sister building New Register House, records of births, deaths and marriages in Scotland.
Best register house in Edinburgh! I can't believe nobody has reviewed it so far. I thought all public space needs a review these days. Don't miss!
