Mr Steve is the best! He was very kind and helpful to us. From first steps inside building we were greeted and politely asked how can they help us, then headed us to right place where we were again nicely greeted. After the wait, right on time we were talking with Mr Steve about our nin. There is problem with parking but you can try to park on nearest streets (Prince Regent for example)

The security guards within this place are a bunch of clowns. They give you daggers and the evil eye. The staff are ok but they need to get rid of these security guards who look mentally ill.
