Friendly staff making a difficult time a bit easier
I had an appointment this morning at 9:30, the person who attended me was called Hugh, and he tried to make me feel stupid and I found it VERY rude.nnWe were doing something were I needed to give him the SECURITY answers to verify that it was me who was accessing my information... Well, as they are SECURITY questions, I give them answers that ONLY I know, which means, if the question is: what colour is your car? I won't just write 'white', I'll write whatever I'll remember but only I know the answer... Well, when I gave him the answers, he said:n-'What is -'my answer'- means? I've never heard that color. You know what colors are, right? Blue, green, red...? -nAnd then when I gave him the second answer, again, he said: -What is that?.nI tried to explain to him that I just give answers to SECURITY QUESTIONS that ONLY I will remember, to avoid fraud, to what he answer to me: -Well, make sure next time if you need to answer anything you don't write anything daft and just answer the question right, what are you gonna answer next time, 'landing on the moon?', and then he chuckled dismissively.nI found that VERY rude and disrespectful, I was there to do paper work, not to be judged and called daft.nUnacceptable.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy and that's just the people working there. Awful reception/customer service staff who are unnecessarily rude and/or abrasive. Treating everyone with contempt, justifying their minimum wage for box-ticking and time-wasting. I guess if you work in such a pit of despair for too long this is what happens.
Fantastic service from.the advisor called Lisa. Explained everything superbly as I was lost lol.
