A massive park great for the kids as theres apparatus slides,swings a zip line ect football courts and tennis courts and a bowling green loads of field's for picnics with family and friends and for taking your dogs for a good run and sitting areas

It is very nice for having many activities like playing tennis, going for a ride or bringing your kids plus it is really big and there are many places to go to. You need to go see it with your own eyes.

This park is not the biggest park to walk through but is good for kids, it has a play park for young children, it also has a caged football/basketball pitch, it has about 8 tennis courts and gets quite busy in the summer, it also has some work out equipmemt which is free to use, and for Pokemon Go lovers this park has a gym and a pokestop

The West Park is a lovely park - there's squirrels (when you're lucky enough to see them..) and loads of different birds, including a woodpecker (which is also pretty hard to see after about 5am!) The outdoor gym equipment is great, as is the outdoor play area (when it's not vandalised by the yobbos..) - I was a bit annoyed today at the amount of broken glass in the basketball and tennis courts when I was there with my daughter, which is clearly down to the wino's who obviously like to visit on a night time, and unfortunately there's always the disrespectful and highly annoying dog owners who DON'T pick their dogs' mess up - shame on them for not cleaning up after their dogs in a public place where children play - but I realise these things are near-impossible to 'police' with the absence of the park wardens now! Please dog owners, don't be so selfish - CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET OR YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T OWN ONE!!! And to the vandals and drinkers - STOP SPOILING OUR BEAUTIFUL PARKS - RESPECT YOUR SURROUNDINGS FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!!😠
