Lovely place for the Folk Club on a Sun night, 1900hrs for a 1930hrs start. Crying out for singers I was told although the regulars are great but there's not many. It may start me off learning again as Davy Lamp in Washington Arts Centre now closed, you never know. If you're a folk singer go along there, £3 a singer's night, £6 a guest night. Marie Little the next guest, Jez Lowe poss 8th April. Check South Shields Folk club on net for list. Def a good night!
Went here after funeral. Room was basic but fairly spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't comment on the bowls, as didn't go in there
Used the function room for my daughters Christening reception recently. All of the staff were so helpful. Especially the lady who was doing our buffet, she saw I was running late doing the decorations so helped us with them which I thought was very kind of her.
Had a lovely Buffet Lunch here for South Tyneside Nurses League. Staff very helpful excellent food and a spacious environment. Would not hesitate to recommend and thanks again..
Fantastic place with lovely staff, plenty of parking space. The drink is value for money.
Full length indoor bowling rinks. Great facilities inc Bar and Food friendly staff. Plenty parking. What more could you want.

We went often with the kids, till we got one of the high recommended vouchers from Groupon. Even 6weeks in future they were unable to give us a appointment before 7pm. A joke when you look on their promises on Groupon. I tried to call without telling about the voucher and could get on every of the requested dates a appointment. Well we won't come back, not the only bowling center in the area. If you don't want to fulfil your adds, then do none.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! The pitch is great and it even has a bar.
Very nice very friendly and bacon sandwich was tasty could see the bacon and taste it not just one slice in the bun
