She was very informative and laid out all of the information easily. The guide prices I was shown seem very reasonable for the quality of the packages. I really appreciate this dentist surgery. They have been very kind and gentle since I joined them from the receptionist, to the dentist I've seen, the hygiene therapist and really grateful to Katie + Ben today. I was seen by Rebecca and Jennifer a couple weeks ago, they were so lovely and clearly explained everything to me before doing it. I'm autistic and was very scared of dentists but honestly they show so much care and do everything to put you at ease that I feel comfortable attending my next appointment tomorrow. Attended this practice today with my mother. The staff here are so kind and considerate. The dentist is fantastic, always welcoming and very good with nervous patients. I would highly recommend this brilliant practice.

I have suffered with severe dental phobia for many years, and never thought I could ever face being in the dental chair. My first appointment was with Dr Ali and Rebekah and I can honestly say I have never looked back. From my first appointment they have made me feel at ease. Ali is an amazing dentist and Rebekah is an amazing dental nurse. Very compassionate i look forwad to finishing my treatment.

New Hygienist for me on Tuesday of this week. I believe he was called Adam hope I haven't got that wrong! Very caring and professional. Very gentle whilst working on my teeth and gums. Really took his time to clean them. Very impressed.

I’ve got Invisalign from Westmount Dental Sunderland practice and am very happy with the results so far.  From the initial consultation with Jade to the outstanding service from my dentist Jacob and the friendly reception team I couldn’t be any happier.  Would recommend Jacob and Westmount Dental to anyone looking at Invisalign and my wife is already booked in for her consultation with Jade!!
