I decided to give this post office branch a try today I usually go to Sevenoaks one to renew my driving licence and I am so happy I did! The staff were really welcoming and friendly and the application took 5 minutes max. From now on, this will be my go-to branch. Thank you for making my day!
We visited West Malling Post office today, 14/8/23 to post a renewal form for my husband’s driving licence over 70. I have to say the staff there 3, were miserable, no smiles, cursory answer’s to our questions. I thought staff dealing with the public were supposed to be helpful and smiley. We all have off days but this is not the first time we have found the same sullen service here. Perhaps the staff could do with a lesson in customer relations. It made me feel flustered the way I was spoken too. Thankfully, we don’t have to use this PO often.nJanis & Bob Miller
As a frequent customer at West Malling Post Office, I would have to fervently disagree with yesterday's review. Whether the staff are having to cover the party store as well as the Post Office or deal with the many varied & trying demands during the peak periods, we customers are always greeted with a friendly, welcoming service. Thanks to all the staff at my local, you are appreciated. I can't imagine the village without you.
The big foil balloon went down overnight despite us following all recommendations. Had to buy a new one to replace. As a result, I paid £10.99 twice. Disappointed. The price is high and no replacement is offered
I've been using this post office almost daily for the last few months for RM parcel services, I have observed that the staff are invariably pleasant, professional and diligent in what can be a busy and challenging environment, I'd like to say well done West Malling post office & shop, keep up the good work as you are an indispensable part of the village and vital for local small & large businesses alike.
