Soles with Heart

A wonderful shop in West Malling, Kent that has a great selection of children's and ladies shoes. This shop also has some great brands on display. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Five stars!

Wonderful selection of beautiful children's clothes, shoes and ladies shoes plus handbags and jewellery . Michelle is such a lovely lady and takes time to help you find just the perfect fit. A little gem of a shop in the delightful village of West Malling.

Nice shop but can't help feeling you get seriously 'sold to'. Like I overheard a shop assistant tell someone on the phone that they don't sell Clarks shoes because they aren't high enough quality (which compared to the shoes they do sell simply isn't true). But if you are someone that knows what you want and are a strong enough character to avoid getting hit by a sales job, it really is a nice little shop that properly measure feet sizes and have a fair range of shoes. Also it is award winning so they must be doing something right! :)

Great shop amazing customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and staff always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended for ladies and children's shoes. Plus they also do the cutest clothes for kids.

Brilliant store with an amazing collection of shoes and wellies, I bought a pair of lined wellie boots for my son and he loves them! Reasonably priced and fantastic quality, the staff and owner are exceptionally friendly. I will shop there again. Thank you!
