Awesome guys, had something a little unusual that was only built by one company, basically they managed to get the parts, measure everything up and work out whats needed, no hassle, nothing to much trouble, so knowledgeable and helpful totally recommend these guys. Thanks again, all fitted and starts a whole lot better and first time.

Guy wasn’t smug and couldn’t answer basic questions about the product , then questioned how I knew the details without the serial number.
Just called looking for an alternator. Guy asked a few questions following - Have I found any already and for how much. Once I said I did, but ideally was after a used one and cheaper than quoted. After that I was abruptly cut off them saying I should go and buy that one. Greatest customer service of all times. Update on your feedback: If you don't own up to your employees providing a bad customer service is entirely up to you. You could have found a recording of my call and made decisions based on that. You haven't. I was quoted for a new alternator elsewhere, and was looking for quotes around. The way my call was ended and the attitude towards me as a potential customer resulted in this review. But it's down to you, anyways. Providing the prices and options, i.e. 'used and new' would have not taken your employee much time. It could have been emphasized that you don't sell used ones and the price of new one was mentioned over the phone. Your explanation as a benefit of saving my time is just a poor excuse. Due to your current feedback I will be leaving you a second negative review on trustpilot. You take care.

These guys were top notch! Very efficient and took the order on a Sunday which was perfect! Dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday! Fitted the starter motor and it hasn’t missed a beat since! Can’t recommend these guys highly enough and they have a new customer for life as well as recommending them for any future purchases of this type to my friends etc! Thanks again
Rang up for quote for audi a4 alternator the gentleman on the phone was very helpful he quoted me a price which was very realistic because the car is 25 years old received the alternator on Monday morning that's what you call service thanks alot
