I visited Sunday to purchase a new used car on finance. I made a booking with Jarreth and he was very patient as its my first finance and made great effort to make sure the car was perfect for me to go ahead with also helping me understand how it all works. Great customer service and always got a smile on his face, was very helpful from start to finish and will be looking forward to going to pick my car up once the finishing touches have been made. Can't praise him enough. Would definitely be coming back to him when due an upgrade

We collected our new Ford puma on Saturday and I’ve got to say how impressed I am with it and the customer service we got from Ryan smith and Mark hindle. From going in for a browse to driving away from the showroom, nothing was too much trouble and they listened to all our wants and found the car for us.

I recently bought a car from Evans Halshaw in Preston and all I can say is WOW! The service and professionalism that was portrayed was outstanding. I went on one occasion just to view and I was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Ben. He was a great help in informing me and gave me much to think about. I then went back on another occasion and was assisted by a young man named Keane. Keane made everything very simple for me and once I placed my order I was kept updated by him. I’ve now got my car and it’s absolutely amazing! What great attributes Ben and Keane are to the Evans Halshaw team! Couldn’t recommend it more

I recently bought a car from Evans Halshaw Preston and was very impressed with the service. They have a really good choice of used cars at very competitive prices. Big thank you to Martin Griffiths who helped me every step of the way. I think I probably drove him mad looking at so many Ford Fiestas, but we found the perfect one for me! Martin was very thorough in sorting all the details for the purchase, and kept in contact with me throughout, explaining anything I was unsure of. I had some issues with my insurance provider on the planned day of pickup, but I was able to get in touch with Martin and he reassured me we could rearrange the pickup day to accommodate the technical issues my insurance company was having. Really pleased with my purchase and can't stop admiring my new car!!

I went into the garage yesterday with no intentions of buying a car that day but looking to potentially bug one in the future. After speaking with Ryan Smith he reassured me and made me feel a lot more confident about my choice to get a car with them on finance and ended up walking away with one very happy the same day. Ryan provided an excellent service from start to finish and made sure I understood and was confident on the policy provided. Overall a very positive experience buying my first reliable car and would highly recommend.
