DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS, We have booked our minibus in for leaking slave cylinder which is covered under Citroen Warranty. Understanding that it takes a couple of hours to investigate by the garage and the vehicle needs to stay in for a day we have dropped the vehicle on the Friday 13th to be picked up on Sunday 22 allowing whole week for them to investigate and fix the issue. From the very first contact with the people working there I was told about the fee for investigating the fault and had to remind what I already told them on the phone that this would be covered under warranty I knew this as vehicle was diagnosed elsewhere already Bear in mind this is the vehicle with less than 15.000 on the clock. The following week on Tuesday 17th I called them to check on progress and was told the fault still not been diagnosed due to lack of time but I was assured it will be done in time. I followed up again next day and was told they confirmed the issue and it will cost x amount of money to repair, I mentioned again this supposed to be covered under warranty and they told me they need to check with Citroen then dropped the phone. I've contacted Citroen about it, called them back next day and was told warranty is confirmed and vehicle will be ready by Friday. Long story short, we picked up vehicle on the 22nd out of hours and when returned for keys on Monday we were told no one fixed the vehicle, we've heard nothing but excuses and mixed feedback. After Citroen headquarters were involved they refused to sort out courtesy vehicle even though they haven't delivered what was promised and carried on with more lies and excuses. As far as they are concerned they haven't done anything wrong and blamed Citroen for not confirming warranty etc. I would never use this Garage even if someone paid me to go there, save yourself time and money and do not use them. UPDATE - In your reply you said you were unaware the vehicle was collected, I agreed collection on a Sunday using spare key upon making the booking on the phone, The collection was AGAIN AGREED on Thursday while talking to your colleague on the phone who told me the minibus will be ready by Friday anyway. I wont mention any other things you are simply lying about, your previous reviews speak for themselves... I wasn't able to find one good review regarding your repairs other than feedback on great vehicle sales experience only I wished I've checked the reviews before booking with you.
Had problem with mould on driver carpet which kept reoccurring. Took it to two other garages which could not identify fault. West Heath identified fault quickly, and initiated repair, as well as removed mould that was in carpet. Repair wasn't cheap, but itemised invoice fully explained what was done and why. Would recommend them.
Professional dealer with good price !nnI have a Citroen C4 grand 2015, and the alarm sounding after locking with key fob. I have booked an appointment with West Heath Garage via bookmygarage.com, quoted as £130 for diagnose only. The garage get the issue fixed by BSI software update and configuration, roughly as quoted diagnostic price !nWell done team and thanks !
Absolutely first class service. I had an engine light indicating an O2 sensor fault which had previously been diagnosed by another garage who told me there would be a month's delay to obtain the new part and quoted me over £1k, in total, to fix. I tried another garage who quoted me a similar amount to fix it. I took my car into West Heath yesterday and they had the part ordered and the car all ready for collection by 10am the next morning! Absolutely stellar service. They charged me much less than a quarter of the amount quoted by the other garages and also fixed an intermittent noise issue caused by a small stone lodged in my osf brake. I recommend West Heath to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed by friendly people who know what they are doing.
My car broke down last week. Westheath gave me a courtesy car until the problem was diagnosed. The car was fixed in a timely manner and they even cleaned it before I picked it up. Great service
