I have been using ACC in Farnborough to service my 2004 Mitsubishi L200 for over ten years. The relationship started when my 8-year old pickup had a catastrophic engine problem that required a new engine after 30,000 miles. Mitsubishi refused to help. ACC replaced it and that engine is still running perfectly fine. I have it serviced every year by ACC since then. The quality of their work is second to none. They have sorted out several major issues promptly including alternator failure twice! and head gasket failure. They have done this work courteously but, more importantly, also at reasonable cost. Nothing seems to faze them. I have to say I would never consider using another garage and highly recommend them to any car owner looking for a cost competitive garage to use in place of expensive main dealers in the Farnborough, Hampshire area.Service: Engine repair
Relatively new to the area, but ACC recently conducted a big service on my Volvo V60. Great communication, competitively priced, very trustworthy and comprehensive customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. VIDA equipped diagnostic tools. Genuinely don’t know why you’d pay main against prices when there are companies like ACC. Thanks very much. Will be bringing the car in for more work in the near future.
Right from the start, superb customer service and focus. I was happy to travel from Reading for the work. Cheaper than main Volvo dealer and even gave me options. I have since asked them to quote for a headlight washer. Thanks guys.
They certainly know how to keep my 24 year old volvo 850 T5 up to scratch,excellent team throughout.
Have been going to this garage for servicing and MOTs for some years now. They are always polite, customer focused and do a good job, no complaints.
Went to ACC as I've had issues with some other local garages who clearly don't know what they're doing F1. ACC straight away showed great knowledge about my car, showed experience with similar models and carried out a great job. If your looking for a local garage at a great price who know what they're doing then look no further. Sent in my 2008 Volvo s40 2.0D for a service and got everything sorted on it for an amazing price. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Have used this garage many times for my Toyota. They serviced and fixed many faults. Even fixing a fault with a loose fitting on my clutch that was fitted elsewhere and have provided a great service. They even contacted me when repairing the air con to advise the job was going to cost more due to finding another faulty part when undergoing the repair. Due to the low value of the car and extra cost required to complete the work, they agreed with me the repair was no longer economically viable and allowed me to take the car with no charge. I would highly recommend.
I've been using ACC for about 8 years now. Exactly the kind of people you should trust your Volvo with. Main dealers seem to happily charge for work that either is not needed, substandard or wasn't asked for. As a further testament to their customer service, vehicle knowledge and quality of work, my father would rather drive his Volvo from North Lincolnshire down to ACC in Farnborough for servicing or repairs than trust any other specialists or main dealers. Never had a problem getting a quote from them, talking over the problem or even popping in for them to have a quick look and provide guidance. Top all this off with the fact that they don't charge you the earth for excellent work. Can't recommend anyone else if you want your Volvo looked after by experts.
