VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rang on 24/03/18 and after being on hold the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer services answered the phone and without me even finishing my sentence she cut me off and transferred me to the servicing department. I have spent over £30k on a new commercial vehicle but when the vehicle developed a problem in it's warranty period the soonest they were able/willing to help is 11 days from now?!?!!?!? The vehicle has got 12k miles on. What use is the warranty if they can't fix things when it goes wrong? It takes literally 10 minutes to stick a vehicle on diagnostics to tell me if the vehicle is safe to drive as is or not but they are unwilling. The service department offered me a loan vehicle but then said sorry we don't actually have a loan vehicle available. They then tried to palm me off to Ford assist or book the vehicle in 11 days from now. Think Farnborough summary - Very good at selling you a new vehicle but when things go wrong they adopt a blasé attitude. I suggest you avoid this dealership as after care is poor.

Went to drop off a van for work. Whilst parked in the car park an employee bumped the door of a car into my van twice. No apology or even an acknowledgement of him doing it. Customer service assistant then had wrong van details in system and her answer was to come back with the other van! I suggested that we leave the van that we physically had there as that was the van that had a fault and it was clearly a mistake with the wrong details. Pretty poor that I have to suggest all of this when I'd have thought it all a bit obvious. All this whilst getting my van bashed. Great!

I get my Ford serviced here, and have done so for the last few years and not only because it is conveniently located in Farnborough; I can't fault their servicing or communication and as a bonus they do a great job washing my car ready for pickup. The staff are friendly, efficient and the central booking system works well. They do offer while you wait servicing, MOT and car health checks, in addition to the normal 'leave it with us' option and there are courtesy cars and bus available.

Bought a car and only by looking at the Log Book I found it to be Ex Rental. Luckily I was entitled to a 30 no quibble exchange which I now have a nice car I am happy with. So be careful when buying as they do sell plenty of ex rentals there! After sales was shocking, after exchanging the car I also decided I didn't want or need an extended warranty so cancelled that. This is when the manager was extremely rude and uncooperative and i also experienced the cold shoulder by the salesmen. Experience has left me stressed and I wish I bought elsewhere.

Five stars for the workmanship and friendly service. But boy, do you pay for the privilege. By all means use them if you want a good job done, but only if you have money to burn.
