Absolute bunch of amateur ball bags. Total waste of time. Got their heads up their arses. Don't bother. All other 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. Drove down 2 hours to view a car that they had agreed was 100% genuine and ready to drive away the same day. I got there and they didn't even know where the car was. (should have ran away then). Eventually they found the car, apparently their mechanic had taken it home to do a road test and have its RAC test. Then Chris from accounts agreed to reduce the price and deliver it to me free of charge the following Wednesday. I heard nothing from them be Tuesday spoke to Neil and every excuse under the sun came out of his mouth. This went on for 5 weeks! Never saw the car. Eventually got my £200 deposit back after calling them yet again. There is a reason they can't afford to have a decent office and forecourt. Don't buy anything from these monkeys!

Went there today to pick up an MG ZT 190 the car is immaculate and the customer service was great. Highly recommended

Awful experience with this mob. To start with the photo on Auto Trader was a stock photo lifted from the Citroen website but I was assured that the actual vehicle was identical and in excellent condition. I paid a £200 deposit and travelled a couple of hundred miles to purchase the car. Turned out to be nothing like the ad (rusty, filthy interior with mould on seats, mileage was almost 2,000 more than advertised). When I said I wasn't proceeding the guy (Neil) brought two colleagues into his office (well mobile caravan type thing) who proceeded to put the hard sell on me. Very intimidating to be honest. Eventually he promised to refund my deposit. I'm still waiting 12 months later. Avoid.

A bit awkward to get to if you have no transport. Seller wasn't willing to negotiate the price.

Unfortunately only giving this garage 2 stars as I bought a car from them 3 months ago. I first of all had a knock on the car, which to be honest they did fix but when I had got this knock diagnosed the garage also said I needed new front brake discs and pads which hadn't been picked up on the MOt the week before. Another issue I had was I wanted the parking sensors fixed before collecting car. I was promised this and told this would be done. It wasn't and took 3 months to send me the parking sensors, they told me it's an easy fix and I can do it myself. They had promised these would be colour coded to match my car which they haven't been. Every time I chased them for these I got another pack of lies. I am now out of pocket. Wouldn't use them again unfortunately!
