I bought a 2021 A3 from Audi Harold Hill in August when I drove the car off a brake warning light came on. Called Audi the next day which they let me bring in to get it checked. They gave me a filthy courtesy car that had no petrol and a broken pair of glasses and a crushed up energy drink on the floor. They had my car for a week and all they did was a reset. I get my car back and the same warning light comes on. They were not helpful the second time I emailed and called but I was ignored. When I emailed the manager at Audi I got a rude email that i was contacted multiple times and that I had not answered this was in fact false. When I finally got my car in they made me wait an hour for a courtesy car which was again filthy, had no petrol and had no windscreen wash. I refused the courtesy car which was then swapped for an okay car which was still filthy. They then had my car for over a week which they then tell me they can’t do anything as they are waiting for an update which does not come out till the middle of this year. This light now comes on every day and Audi are refusing to do anything or give me a refund. Please avoid at all cost as they are just trying to get your money. Please avoid Immanuel, Thomas and Robert as they will just fob you off they don’t care that I feel unsafe in the car and that I am scared to put my 3 year old son in the car
If i could give zero stars I would! Reported an issue prior to purchasing the car and was fobbed off saying this was normal for Audi yet I now have footage from the technicians saying there is an issue! When I took this to Andy the workshop manager he said every technician is different and finds different things to be an issue … not sure how that works.nnI have been to this Audi on three occasions in the first year of having my car due to child lock failures. A separate issue to the issue above. The lack of clear communication between the booking team and the workshop is shocking. In June 2023 i had such a bad experience and I said I would never go back but Daveena reassured me that this was a one off and offered me compensation.nnThe sign came on again for the third time and I was told by the booking team that my courtesy car would be paid for as my vehicle is still under warranty however when the rental company called they said the £35 charge was still there. The booking agent again explained that he had put a code on the booking which would mean it was free after lots of back and forth it was never resolved. I was then told by the workshop manager Andy that I would have had this reimbursed. I explained that no one had told me this previously and all he had to say was sorry.nnThere was no empathy given considering I have been here three times for the same issue but he was quick to suggest extended warranty so I could pay them more money!!! Also didn't even clean my car even though they state complimentary clean in and out.nnSave your time and energy find a better workshop.
This dealership is awesome. Saad is a 5 star . He was very polite and helpful with all my queries. Helped me find the car for my needs. Explained to me everything from top to bottom. I’m so happy with my purchase and all the selling process. I totally recommend that dealership and especially Saad.
Don’t waste your time , dishonest .nI enquired about an audi A6 online and completed a very honest px of my car on their site. I was called the same day by Jordan. I called again a few days later and spoke to Jordan again , he agreed to reserve the car for me and see what he could do on my px value , we also spoke about delivery which stated was £145 if I remember correct in their website . He assured he would get back to me . Nothing heard the following day which was strange .nNext day I recontacted and was called back by Saad , explaining Jordan was ill. Saad explained the car I wanted had been sold even though it had been reserved for me and no one had even had the decency to let me know without me chasing them ! Saad offered me an identical car although had nearly 4000 more miles on the clock and was over £400 more , both cars were ex demos and originally when listed were both £27970 and then the higher mileage vehicle Was priced higher after a few days . When I explained this was a poor deal in relation to the ‘reserved’ vehicle and I wasn’t interested, he then said he would go and check whether the other car had in fact gone . I smelt a rat here to be fair , but thought this underhand tactic to try and get me to buy the higher mileage car at a higher price would be done by Arthur Daley not an Audi main dealer . Sure enough the first car was available again! However I was now told my px would be £800 less than the online quote ! I again felt they were being underhand, I said I would not be interested at this price unless the same would be offered off their car .Saad stated he would speak to manager and get back to me , I got an email the following day giving me the same low price for my px and no mention of what the manager had said about a reduction on the Audi . I replied by email asking for a full update on that discussion, but have never heard back . I checked this morning, the vehicle I wanted, no longer advertised, so assumed sold , however the higher mileage one has now been reduced back to its original price of £27970! Furthering my belief about their dishonesty around them trying to get me to buy the higher priced , higher mileage car !nThey never called back on time ,totally ignored my email and never answer phones . Totally untrustworthy and useless customer service .Avoid .
This dealership doesn't warrant any stars would not reccomend. Customer Services After care Abysmal also Salesmen I had dealings with also Abysmal. Their certainly not bothered about heaving satisfied customers.
