this place helped me out a lot as a child and now when I had to return as a teen it was just as helpful

Absolutely awful! This used to be a worthwhile service, before the government made cuts. Now the majority of the staff (except receptionists) are barely qualified to meet childrens needs and are very rude. They do not listen to parents concerns. This alleged service is a huge disgrace. Disgusted with the lax service and incompetent 'professionals'.
