This is a profoundly unethical organisation and the insidiousness runs right through to the directorship.

I have had a series of particularly disastrous experiences with the mental health team.

I have been constantly fobbed off with words put in my mouth as justification and then passed from pillar to post to the point that I have given up on these services and humanity.

It really seems the relative team are disinterested and unable to cope with the huge and increasing demand for reasonable mental health services. As a result, all that is happening is patients' mental health are simply getting worse.

I can confirm this organisation has only made matter significantly worse for me personally as result.

 I attended the course "xpert type 2 Diabetes Group Education Programme at Swallowfield.
The course was run by a dietician named Janet who was friendly, interesting and made all aspects of the course fun and relevant.
I have been a diabetic for some time but found out information that I did not know and the course helped me to re evaluate my life.
Thank you for organising this tremendously useful course and I hope there is funding to continue offering it to diabetics.I would also like to praise Janet for her excellent presentation
