i never come on here and i usually don’t post reviews but i was shocked at how jordan was embarrasingly unprofessional when i last went in. Tried to brag about being the assistant manager and started complaining about how his colleagues dont listen when hes ‘higher than them’ childish and not a good look to speak to customers like this.

Wanted my breakfast panini toasted, waited 4 mins as normal only to have them come out stone cold and uncooked... what where you guys doing for those 4 mins? Ruined my morning this has!
