The service was excellent and the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The price was quite reasonable and I appreciated their flexibility. A relative had hired a different company for their bin needs and paid significantly more for less rental time. I would highly recommend Ace Trash Busters.
Driver was dropping of a bin with soil and drove across our property making deep ruts in the lawn when there was lots of room to approach the drop site while staying on their clients property. Driver was totally dismissive when confronted about it. Office staff have also not address our concerns when called to inform them of this incident. Very unfortunate & unprofessional. Would not recommend.
I did a lot of research and finally went with Ace because they could fit my timeline and I got a week rental - they were also the cheapest! I was a bit worried I would get a surprise bill at the end, but it was exactly what they said it would be: bin fee plus weight charges. The driver, Joe, was sooo friendly, super nice guy, pickup and delivery was easy and used boards to protect my driveway... would recommend.
After I sent my submission in on their web site, I received an email stating their prices and that they required a credit card to secure the bin. I called and left a message to have them call me back so I could finalize the rental and received no rely. Emailed later that night, crickets. We rented a bin with Ace in early 2020 to clean out our house and garage before we put the house up for sale. The price was the best we found and there were no hidden fees. The only thing we didn't like was the cost to bring the bin to us 20 minutes outside of the city but we agreed to that pri e and they were upfront about it so I wouldn't rate poorly for that. We are consideri g using them agai. For our current house projects if we ever decide to actually do them lol. Great service, staff was pleasant, price was right, junk was gone. Can't ask for more!
I have used Ace 3 times now as a Home Owner. Super easy call to book, they drop the bin exactly when they say they would, pickup just as easy, and competitive pricing. Simple as it should be. I would highly recommend!!
I've used a few bin rental companies, this has been the best so far. Very quick, easy to book a bin, quick pick up. They are the only place I will call now.
