Jade, Rob, and Martin and I'm sure there are many others at the firm did a wonderful job of repairing three items of our mirrored furniture. They were really difficult items to repair due to the narrowness of the mirror panels that were broken, but they found a way to make the replacements look perfect. From start to finish, they are simply the best professionals you can engage for this work. I can't rate them highly enough!
Have used Rob and Jade twice now for works on renovations. Always really helpful, prompt on responding to queries and emails and both times the work has been excellent. Would use again and would absolutely recommend.

Had a bespoke backsplash made and fitted by Cricklewood Glass. Jade provided excellent customer service, helpful advice and kept me up updated throughout the process. Measured up on a Monday and fitted on the Friday for a simple, one glass pane order. Love the results. 5 star service!
Just had secondary glazing installed in my bedroom for noise reduction. My flat is on a busy road with buses going past every two mins. I’m pleasantly surprised at how much difference it’s made! The service was great, even during lockdown. Fast replies to emails and the guys who came out were super friendly, practised social distancing and left the place spotless. Installation itself only took 20mins! It was also the cheapest out of 3 quotes so I’m very happy.
I ordered a single glaze pane of glass for a door and was very happy with the service. The communication via email was great, they were very quick to answer and very polite. Same when I went there to pick up my order. Would definitely order there again if needed !
We needed secondary glazing in our 4th floor flat bedroom as it was a bit noisy to sleep. Cricklewood Glass have done a fantastic job from start to finish. There communication was great the installation was in 2 parts a framework was installed first then accurate measurements taken for the frames which are very big. The frame was 2 metre 70cm wide by 1 metre 92cm high. This was done as 2 doors. They open very easily considering the weight of the sound proof glass. Highly recommended. Thanks guys
f i could leave ZERO i would, They measured up for a mirror top for my console table which after 10 years had a corner crack, the first visit they got the dimensions wrong, second visit installed & within a week i noticed hairline cracks which i reported immediately - i live alone, and in that week nothing was moved on / off the table - the ornament i have on it is smooth based and was on the previous top for years, and then another jagerred crack appeared after i reported the first one, they came and said they were scratches ! proceeding to demonstrate by moving a incense bottle around on it ! are they saying their mirror tops for tables you cannot put anything on it or it cracks or scratches as they called it playing on words to incriminate the client he proceeded to tell me don't insult him saying cracks just appeared ! made my blood boil him insulting me as a liar - materials are cheap enough to crack under any object placed on it then why did it not come with that warning, £200 wasted money - unbelievably rude too - they take photos straight after & make you sign a piece of paper not knowing that the materials crack under the slightest pressure within a week ! and they remove themselves from any responsibility - i will report to trading standards it's unacceptable customer service !
