I had Steroid Injection for shoulder bursitis. My experience was very good as I have never been a fan of needles but due to pain in my shoulder I decided to have the injection. I must say I only had pain in first 24 hours of taking the injections but haven’t felt any pain in my shoulder since.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Darren. He talked me through everything: diagnosis, treatment and gave me exercises to continue my rehabilitation at home. Thank you

After having few sessions for the last couple of months, I am very pleased with the results of the professional physical therapy. Darren did excellent diagnosis and managed to treat my back pain that did not let me sleep properly for quite a long time. I’m so grateful and satisfied with the services received!

Highly recommended. I saw my GP who recommended physiotherapy sessions following persistent pain in my knee, I contacted Wellbeing and Health Physio and got an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. I saw a lower limb specialist who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to assess the problem, discussed with me various way of improving the condition and showed me in detail exercises I could do at home. Very positive experience from the reception lady to the specialist.

An amazing physiotherapist practice, run by some of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.  I was look aftered by Physiotherapist Darren Carrott who I found to be extremely professional, kind, caring and helpful.  Darren is a true professional who has immense knowledge and experience in the Physiotherapist field. He knew exactly what treatment I needed for my injury, and it was so reassuring to know that I was in good hands.  I have been using this practice regularly and if it wasn't for Darren and the Health and Wellbeing team, then my back would have never healed. I have now made a full recovery and am back to 100% all thanks to them.  Ive used alot of Physiotherapy practices around the West Midlands, and I have to say Health and Wellbeing are head and shoulders above anyone else. They really cared about me and helped me through a tough stage in my life. Darren Carrott by far is the best Physiotherapist I have ever received treatment from, and I can't thank him enough for all his hard work.  Thank you Health and Wellbeing for helping me.
