When I had my first session I could barely move my arm, my rotary cuff was damaged so badly.  Roland could see the problem just looking at me and was really reassuring about getting me better.  It took 4 months but I am 90% there now which is amazing.  Would 100% recommend Roland to anyone who needs physio, very nice and professional.  Really puts you at ease.

I have had the opportunity to Ankerside Physiotherapy twice to help recovery after a car accident and after an injury caused while moving house. Both times I was put in touch with an extremely competent and empathetic physiotherapist who was able to access me and provide effective treatment through weekly sessions and at home exercises. On both occasions I was able to make a full recovery and am extremely appreciative of their services.
