Useless and rude! 
I phoned up days upon days ago to ask for a repeat on a minor and basic prescription. The woman was unnecessarily rude on the phone and told me to call back tomorrow and see. Days later - still no prescription! Needless to say I've been hung up on, ignored and made repeated phone calls to ask if it's ready only for the call to ring off and them then continuously press line busy to find out the pharmacy is empty. No prescription for me even my midwife was furious and struggled to get any sense out of them! They pretty much refused to help her and she's a healthcare professional!!

The worst patients service ever, ordered repeat prescription earlier as going on holiday and will run out before coming back. Waiting for their staff to find the medications for nearly one hour now and can't give me an answer if there are here or not... unacceptable

Not too great. Always packed. Takes an age to get a prescription. Need some kind of order progress system. :-(

Friendly staff and good opening hours, I get my prescriptions delivered from here and there have never been any major problems, I have known a LOT worse pharmacies, thats for sure!

This is my local pharmacy and I think they do a good job. I have never really had a problem. They are always super busy and under staffed.
