Been going there for many years, the staff are very nice and helpful and they have been there years too which good. It's mostly clean, parking is ok. In more recent years the grocery produce is not as fresh or sourced well, the prices are expensive and the clothes are dull. There was a big power cut recently, we were doing a normal shop and almost done when they told us to go and leave our trolleys because it wasn't a quick repair. Thought that was bad customer service, the perishables would be thrown out, we could have left our details to pay or via the nectar card, but instead we had to find another supermarket and start all over again. Very disappointed.

A urban shoppers paradise - every town, worth its salt in UK, will have a branch of this superstore. From all kind of fruits, vegetables, meats of all kind, snacks, breads, butters, milk of all kinds, biscuits, cakes, pastries, cold drinks, tea or coffe soft and hard drinks, cosmetics frozen foods, chokolates and drinks and many more sections are there in a large format store, like we have at Northampton.nIt spoils customers with choic.nnWe would not have survived, I feel, without this sprawling supermarket.

Great supermarket with a good selection of products and friendly staff. It's always well stocked. It would be even better if the the opening hours were extended until midnight.

Okay shop, has some good bits, but overall most items overpriced. There are plenty of smaller and better shops to use. Because shop is so big it's hard to find what you need in short period of time. I wasn't impressed with the selection of products.

Dirty, filthy shelves covered in stale chicken juices, this is the dirtiest store I have been in, this isn’t the in store cleaners fault either as it’s down to in store staff to clean the shelves and fridges. It’s beyond me how management think it’s acceptable to open a store with a risk to health. This was first thing on a Sunday morning
