Absolutely useless people. My GP prescribed medication and a week later this people keep getting wrong or missing medication delivered. They are also do rude and wouldn't hesitate to put phone down on your face! We are now arranging to different pharmacy, if you thinking this people will serve you properly think twice as its such a waste of time. Be aware!!!

Competent and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, have had to ring doctor a few times to check my prescription has been received, but my prescription is usually ready to pick up in a fair amount of time on the same day, so four stars.

Go to a different pharmacy.  They've made medication errors, failed to order prescriptions, miss sold eye products which ruined my partner's last pair of contact lenses even after calling and asking specifically if they had contact safe drops.  This isn't one problem staff member, they're all rude, don't care and I've been let down by them again and again over the last year.  Just go somewhere else.

Great service I went to two other chemists and they didn't have the prescription that my wife needed bur Regent did thanks very much.

They were very helpful and pleasant but I feel I've done something wrong they don't speak now Part from the girl called Sam she always has time to speak.

I had a good experience when I went to pick up some prescriptions. Service was alright and the atmosphere was welcoming.

This pharmacy is a life save Live 10 miles away and local GP and chemist cannot obtain medication required consistently, which is a nightmare. Regent Pharmacy can always help, super knowledgeable, open 100 hours a week so great for collections.

Good advice given out of hours by pharmacist. Always open when you need them.

I cannot praise this pharmacy highly enough, along with its sister pharmacy Jhoots in Kettering. My story is both long and complicated. As a precis I can state confidently and gratefully, that without their help and direct intervention with the 111 service, my emergency required prescription drug was not going to be supplied. I should add that they both are NOT my normal pharmacy which shows how they went out of their way to help me. I would happily give them 10 stars out of 5. As regards 111 however none would be too high.

Got referred by 111 for a repeat prescription due to running out and I can’t get my meds until Tuesday with my usual pharmacy because of bank holiday. So I called them…only to be sent sent away telling me it’s not a genuine emergency baring in mind I have a personality disorder, OCD and PTSD which is the reason for my meds…so thanks mate, totally not an emergency. You were so rude on the phone. People like this should not be allowed to work in the NHS services. I could’ve done a better job than that. Got any jobs going?
