Horrible pharmacy with the worst attitude of a pharmacist I have ever known. She seems to think we the customers are an inconvenience walking in and 'disrupting' her (as I could hear her saying behing her counter) Vile little woman. Stay clear. However the other Well Pharmacy just down the road is a different story altogether. So myself and.my family now go there and will.continue to do so. Avoid Cleveland Terrace Well Pharmacy at all costs.

Terrible pharmacy and staff, my 3 yo daughter has a fever, gastro virus I was told by 111 to give her infant paracetamol, (IP) when I went to this pharmacy to get it on ‘pharmacy first’ ( to save me from going to A&E or GP, ) the pharmacist refused to give me any. She claimed that the medical advice is don’t give infant paracetamol unless the temperature is extremely high. I had been told by 111 to give her IP every 4 hrs and avoid my GP because she has a gastro virus. Unfortunately because I couldn’t get the IP from pharmacy her condition worsened and I had to go to A&E - no wonder Northumbria healthcare trust hospitals were closed because of winter vomiting bug with incompetent pharmacists who have no clue what they are doing. Pharmacy First was developed to save the NHS money, this message hasn’t filtered down to this pharmacy. Stay away from this place if you value your health - I am making a formal complaint to NHS England.

Never have me my tablets when they were sent from the doctor, they said they have a new system so that tablets only get given out sent out after 4 days, I had to wait 3 days to get my prescription sorted by the doctor to be sent across, 7 days without my tablets, I had to go to the hospital to get them, worst pharmacy I have ever been to and worst staff. I would not recommend going to this pharmacy at all.
