Nice helpful staff very attentive.
Terrible service they hang up when you try to call them if you don't like giving a service perhaps you should be in another business please if this is your experience put it on here so hopefully something gets done about it
They just stand there and let the phone ring out. Why even have a phone line if you wont use it? Or hire someone to answer the phone as this is taking the liberty, been like this for well over 2 years now.
I have asked pharmacist to not send a specific item, several times over the past several months, unfortunately my request falls on deaf ears, to the point I have vast quantities, and struggle for storage space. They can also be quite slow with the delivery of prescription s, not good when sometimes it's needed urgently. Finally, the staff on the other end of the phone can appear to be short and curt, and most certainly impatient when explaining their policies.
If they are busy in the chemist the phone gets disconnected and then there is an engaged tone for nearly half an hour!
Not much customer relations going on, Saturday girl is very brash! no eye contact no please or thank you, people come in here because they are ill don’t need to make them depressed also
