Carol gave myself and my husband a tour this morning, so very informative, the boats carry so much on board and all the crew have a role to play. The work they all do not just on shouts but maintaining the boats and equipment to a very high standard is second to none. The engines were pristine. I thoroughly recommend a visit and donate as much as you can to this worthy cause. We will be returning to Brixham as often as we can. We met some of the crew too which was an added bonus.
Lovely walk to the station, and the 2 volunteers who man the shop were lovely! Bought some souvenirs because we like to donate to such a good cause. My husband was happy he got to see it as we have watched them on the TV for along time. Reminds you how grateful you are that you not seeing a family or friend needing thier services. Definitely worth stopping in if only to make a donation!
Excellent RNLI base. Friendly and informative staff. Unfortunately no tours of the boats due to COVID 19 but still nice to have a nosey around.
Lovely looking Severn class and B class life boat over looking the harbour nice little shop just outside it.
Lovely to chat with the volunteers and what a super busy week for the crew - amazing work. Our new seaside activity is practising how to "float like starfish" - it's well worth it!
We are extremely grateful to Ash and the crew for their kindness and thoughtfulness on Wednesday 19th May it was very much appreciated thank you
Parking 2 minutes away. Excellent friendly staff Great place to spend a day out on the beach will be back
Fundraising launch worth our support. Some great events by thr crew volunteers in the coming months.
Amazing what these guys and girls do. Wasn't open when we went even though the times on cabin doors showed it should have been.
The team here at the open day helped my son after he cut his foot quite badly, lovely people and reassured him when he gets very anxious : Thanks so much x
