Text message telling me “prescription ready to collect “at 12:55 a fat lot of good that is when you shut at 1300 ???
This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare, a lot of the times they have my prescription but can't find it and trying to get served is a joke, there is only one on the counter when there us a queue forming and there seems to be three in the pharmacy. I would seriously advise that there would be another counter assistant to help out at busy times.
This used to be a fantastic chemist with second to none service but in the last twelve months it has gone completely down hill. The delivery of my repeat prescription can take up to two weeks to be delivered so I run out of my medication. They never answered the phone so I have to go down to see them to get an answer about my undelivered medication, which is never ready. It’s the same excuse every time, “they are short staffed.” In their favor they have always been polite to me in the shop, but can’t recommend their delivery service.
Pharmacists are very helpful and friendly service with home delivery.
Tried too send something back can't take back that is awful not buying anything in there again
Not particularly professional in their customer interactions, very officious and impolite.
Helpful, friendly and well stocked chemist. My new place to go if I need things
