Well located close to town centre with plenty of indoor and outside seatings. Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained building. Very efficient and friendly service staff during our visit. Good value drinks on promotion and promoting their upcoming real ale festival
Went whilst visiting the area, staff were friendly and helpful especially as it was busy when we arrived at lunch time. Clean and tidy Food came reasonably quickly. When there was an issue with one of the meals staff were helpful and the issue was resolved well. Toilets were clean and usable.
Great prices, great food and great selection of beers and guest ales. I'm currently enjoying a pint of Grim Reaper - a Cornish ale, 6% and only £2.57 a pint!
Busy busy town centre Wetherspoons. It goes down hill further on during the day.. usual gripe, un cleared, dirty tables. But in fairness, the food is more than good and the staff friendly enough. It's okay.
Got to give it 5 stars for its ale selection. 8 on the hand pulls. A few of the usual suspects but the rest were less common. Great stuff Newquay Spoons!
Usual Wetherspoons, good food, great selection of beer and cheap. They serve bears too.
Cheap as chips,full of a mixture of people family's couple's ect, staff run of there feet and work hard, we had food and chicken was a little over cooked bit ate it anyway.
Visited The Towan Blystra for breakfast whilst on holiday in the area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was happy with my meal. Staff quick to clear away once customers had finished their drinks/food.
What's not to like about a Wetherspoons. Good beers and ciders, including Cornish Rattler on tap here Hot drinks and food also available as per almost every Spoons we have come across. There is also outdoor seating here with is sunny in the afternoon and all day in high season probably. Happy to recommend
Worst customer service ever! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star as the waiter gave the food to the men standing near the arcade machine at our table saying it was theirs, without even asking us and even though it was our order. nothing was done by the manager. She told us there was nothing she could do, even though they were standing right there. Very rude and unacceptable and this was paid for by us. Food however was good, just like any other Wetherspoons.
